Lou Grover, an HPD SWAT commander, and Catherine Rollins, Steve’s girlfriend and a former USNR lieutenant, are subsequently added to the team.
Following the departures of Max, Chin, and Kono, McGarrett replaces Max with Dr. Noelani Cunha, a medical examiner, and Chin and Kono with Tani Rey, a high-achieving HPD academy dropout, and Junior Reigns, a former Navy SEAL-turned-Police Candidate, respectively.
Kono’s husband Adam Noshimuri joins the task team following the couple’s divorce, and CID Sergeant Quinn Liu is recruited in Jerry’s place immediately after his departure. The team is now being assisted by medical examiner Dr. Noelani Cunha, confidential informant Kamekona Tupuola, and HPD liaison Sergeant Duke Lukela.
