In the season finale, Rick and Negan finally meet face-to-face. The battle is on as they both try to outsmart each other.
In The Walking Dead season 11 episode 8, For Blood, Rick and the group come across a small town that is overrun with zombies. They find a church where they are able to take refuge from the undead.
The Walking Dead is coming to a conclusion in an unusual manner. With three parts to this last season, we finally got the first portion of the season’s conclusion. Maggie and the rest of the party eventually found the Reaper’s lair, which was both thrilling and nerve-wracking. Daryl told Leah the truth. Meanwhile. Alexandria suffered another another setback. This time, it was due to a terrifying storm.

Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing
Pope is joined by Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Leah (Lynn Collins) atop the wall, where they observe walkers swarming like a storm approaching. When Daryl says he’s seen something similar and volunteers to guide it away, Pope (Ritchie Coster) has one of his other troops do it. Daryl recognizes this as an opportunity to reunite with his gang, since they are leading the horde from inside. Is Pope aware of this as well? We can’t help but be curious. Nonetheless, Pope’s man does not survive long. From all sides, zombies approach, so Maggie and Negan pull him down and let the walkers devour him.
What we dread for Daryl is realized. Daryl is questioned by Pope about his motivation for being with them. With his poker look, Daryl stays unflappable. Leah comes to his rescue once again. They are informed that the horde has returned before Pope can interrogate him too deeply. Pope soon realizes Maggie is in charge and is very pleased.

Pope is ready to put a stop to the walker invasion. He was obsessed by his infatuation with Maggie and his desire to ruin her. Of course, this necessitates the use of a pyrotechnics cannon against the walkers and anyone trapped inside the swarm. Even though it’s unusual, it’ll cause a lot of havoc. As Pope continues to sacrifice his own people, Leah loses confidence in him. Before the catapult is launched, Daryl takes a chance to inform Leah about Maggie and his crew being down there. They didn’t want to do any harm to anybody. They just care about the food. More significantly, Leah will be able to accompany him back to Alexandria.

Disclosing Information
Despite the fact that Leah feels deceived by Daryl, she seems to be on the verge of joining him. We’re mostly relieved that Leah doesn’t abandon him right away. She’s asking a lot of questions, but she’s not making snap decisions. She, on the other hand, does not pass judgment. While Leah does kill Pope because he has gone too far, she informs her followers that it is Daryl who is responsible. She considers the Reapers to be her true family, which necessitates doing the difficult things. She does not prevent Daryl from fleeing, but she does assume command as the new leader. I’m not going to lie: blaming others for your mistakes isn’t a smart start. We haven’t stopped shipping Daryl and Connie because of this shadiness.

The wait is finally over.
Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Gabriel (Seth Gilliam) take advantage of the walkers’ attention and creep around the wall, searching for a way in, while land mines go off outside the Reaper’s lair. It’s time for Daryl to assist with the assassination of one of the Reapers and the breaking of of a locked entrance to the outside.
They divided up once inside, each with their own task. Gabriel is out in search of a suitable vantage point. Maggie is supposed to be a source of diversion. Maggie is successful in lowering the main gate, allowing the walkers to get access. While Maggie wanders about searching find the food pantry, Gabriel keeps an eye on her, ensuring that no Reaper comes near her. Definitely one of the episode’s most memorable moments. We’d also want to know where Gabriel gets his exceptional shooting skills.

Thunder rumbles, and the Walkers are enraged.
The city of Alexandria is engulfed in a storm, and everyone is concerned. The town is already in poor condition, and now the storm is wreaking havoc. To keep Alexandria together, the community must work carefully and quickly. To safeguard the others, Rosita (Christian Serratos) and Virgil (Kevin Carroll) remain behind. Aaron (Ross Marquand), Carol (Melissa McBride), Magna (Nadia Hilker), Kelly (Angel Theory), and Connie (Lauren Ridloff) brave the storm to repair the panels and keep the walkers out.
Grace and the other children are kept calm by Judith (Cailey Fleming). She has the opportunity to speak with Virgil while doing so. He expresses his pride in her and assures her that her mother would be proud of her no matter where she is.

There are a few holes in the wall encircling Alexandria, according to several breaches. Rosita and Lydia scramble to board up windows as quickly as they can. It is insufficient. The entrance door will eventually come off its hinges. Outside, Rosita goes to the walkers and quickly dispatches them. That doesn’t stop us from being nervous as we watch Judith take them on, praying she doesn’t get bitten.
Unfortunately, they were only able to hang on for a short time until walkers came in and dispersed everyone. We can’t image what the rest of Alexandria looked like with this going on in the Grimes house. It’s an understatement to say that they’re all terrified.
